Return Policy

If your product has a quality issue, you can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted. Please contact us first at BeastGasm@BeastGasm.com with photos or videos of the item.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns for reasons other than quality issues must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Please use a shipping method with tracking for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or gift cards

• Customer-caused damage, loss, or packaging issues

How to Return

1. Initiate a return: Email BeastGasm@BeastGasm.com with photos/videos and your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

2. Ship back: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

3. Refund or exchange: We’ll inspect the item within 3–5 business days and provide a replacement or refund.

Return Costs

• Returns due to BeastGasm error: full refund including return shipping.

• Returns due to buyer preference: buyer pays return shipping.

• No restocking fee.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.

• Bank processing times may vary.

• If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at BeastGasm@BeastGasm.com.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately. Once confirmed, cancellations are not supported. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
