Cancellation and Return

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to the following reasons:

※ Buyer’s remorse

※ Wrong model, features, colors, etc.

※ Sizing concerns (too small or too large)

※ We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any accessories or merchandise

If you have any questions about our toys before purchasing, please reach out, and we can provide additional pictures. Please note that the color of the toy may vary slightly from the product photos, as each pour is unique. Our items are handmade, so minor differences between toys are to be expected.

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to BeastGasm@BeastGasm.com. Since each of our toys—especially custom-made ones—is handmade according to the order, it is almost impossible for us to resell your toy once it has been made.

Cancellation Fees:

• If the item is still in production, a 15% eco-friendly destruction fee will apply.

• If the item has already been completed, a 20% eco-friendly destruction fee will apply.

Once your order leaves our workshop and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you discover any defects in the product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the toy and provide pictures or videos of the issue. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
