Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

● Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
● Ordering the wrong model, size, color, or features
● Personal preferences regarding appearance, texture, firmness, or dimensions
● Products that do not meet individual expectations regarding size or appearance

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, merchandise, and promotional gifts are also not eligible for return or exchange.

We strongly recommend reviewing product details, measurements, photos, and specifications before purchasing.

Handmade Product Notice

Every BeastGasm fantasy toy is handcrafted with care.

Because each product is individually poured, finished, and inspected by hand, slight variations may naturally occur, including:

● Color tone differences
● Texture variations
● Minor detail differences
● Surface appearance variations

These differences are a natural result of the handmade process and make every BeastGasm creation unique.

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from website images due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: BeastGasm@BeastGasm.com

Because BeastGasm products are handcrafted and many items are made specifically according to customer orders, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Once production begins, materials, labor, and preparation costs are committed specifically to your order, and the product may no longer be eligible for resale due to hygiene standards.

Cancellation Terms

Before Production Begins:

Your order may be canceled and fully refunded.

After Production Begins but Before Shipment:

A 20% production and material recovery fee will be deducted from your refund.

After Shipment or During Transit:

Orders cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

Thank you for understanding that handmade adult products cannot be resold once production or fulfillment has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including:

* PayPal
* Apple Pay
* Google Pay
* Other original payment methods

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

● A brief description of the problem
